Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, please return it to Knotty girL within 30 days if receiving the item. We do not provide pre-paid return labels and recommend a tracking method for shipping the return.

1. What if I try something, can I still return it?
We understand your need to try on your new product(s) but, if you are not happy with the product(s) , please return them in the original packaging.

2. How long should I wait for a credit?
Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a return confirmation via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to reflect on your card (longer for check refunds).

NO CASH REFUNDS. Knotty girL will accept returns on most merchandise purchased within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Knotty girL cannot return sale items, 'as is' items and individual items from a purchased set. Knotty girL cannot accept returns on purchases from other retailers.
