SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time that they are received, if received during our normal business hours. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses cannot be accepted through our web store. If it is required that your order be delivered to a PO Box or APO/FPO Military address, please call 877-566-8894 to place your order with a customer service representative to arrange for your order to be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.
Orders shipped to Canada via UPS Standard will incur Duties & Taxes and other applicable Government fees, that are payable at the point of pick-up. Please contact your local Customs office to determine what additional costs may be associated with your purchase. Customs' fees have been known to cost as much as 20% to 40% of the purchase price of each item.
For our mutual security purposes, we do not process international orders via www.knottygirl.com.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address linked to your account. The majority of orders are shipped within one to two business days from the time that the order was placed. You may expect to receive this email within the one to two business day timeframe. The email will contain the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love everything you order from Knotty Girl. Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, please return it to Knotty Girl within 30 days if receiving the item. We do not provide prepaid return labels and recommend a tracking method for shipping the return.

1. What if I try something, can I still return it? We understand your need to try on your new product(s) but, if you are not happy with the product(s) , please return them in the original packaging.
2. How long should I wait for a credit? Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a return confirmation via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to reflect on your card (longer for check refunds).

NO CASH REFUNDS. Knotty Girl will accept returns on most merchandise purchased within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Knotty Girl cannot return sale items, 'as is' items and individual items from a purchased set. Knotty Girl cannot accept returns on purchases from other retailers.
